1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and request a return, without needing to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties (excluding return shipping costs).

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You must contact our customer service at info@hub-shoes.com to obtain a return authorization number.

• Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Lashia LTD.

3. Return Procedure

• Contact us to inform us of your intention to return an item.

• Carefully package the product.

• Send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected:

• The refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

• If the product is damaged or incomplete, no refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized items

• Opened or used products for hygiene reasons (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been issued.
